Hello and Welcome!


Welcome to our SoBe Pilates community!  We have always felt that MOVEMENT, NUTRITION, STRESS, SLEEP AND COMMUNITY are 5 elements that have to be balanced in order to live a healthy life. Our intention for this blog is to join our community to explore each of these 5 parts by gathering information from different professionals within Miami Beach. We will be asking different professionals to write short articles that we think will add value to your life. In the community section we will also be highlighting clients that have made an impact on our life as well as the community. Feel free to reach out to us with any and all ideas, comments etc… Our hope is that this will be a community effort to learn, explore and teach how to live a more healthy life.
